This broadside was created in Typography II with the parameters of using mostly type. I had the opportunity to attend the Format Festival in 2022, and at the festival, there was a prevalent theme of allies and extraterrestrial creatures. I wanted to incorporate these extraterrestrial themes into this poster. I accomplished this by placing these aliens, hiding in the letters, and poking out of the poster. I played with type by creating a metal texture and rendering the letters in a three-dimensional shape.
